☯︎ SPACE AVAILABLE AT NOLO STUDIOS! ☯︎ We have one opening in our gorgeous, sunny shared studio! This is a big, clean, beautiful space shared with very chill, respectful creatives. We're looking for the right new member to join our little community of artists, designers, and small businesses :) All of our studios have big windows, a PRIVATE slop sinks, free high speed wifi, free central heat and AC, hardwood floors, and super high ceilings. There is freight access and you'll also have access to our lovely shared kitchenette/ meeting room. The artists already working in the studios focus on textiles, beaded jewelry and computer work. These are amazing spaces for anyone needing desk or studio space away from home! There is also a partial wall built between each person's area to give everyone added privacy and extra wall space.  We are looking for people interested in year long leases with a little bit of flexibility for the right candidate! Our community is very Covid conscious and respectful- masks are required in all common spaces and every precaution is taken to keep us all safe! We are also located right next door to @dashibrooklyn Brooklyn, an amazing coffee shop/ Japanese take out spot with a cute courtyard - super convenient for lunches and coffee breaks :) All of our studios include: *Central AC & Heat *Free High Speed Wifi *High Vintage Tin Ceilings *Hardwood Floors *Intercom system *Super on premises *Access to a shared lounge/ kitchenette & 2 single occupancy bathrooms *Freight elevator *Indoor spot to lock bikes *Fully equipped photo studio for daily rental *Sunny, plant filled waiting area in the entrance for clients *Community potlucks, meditations, Open Studios, & markets (post-covid of course!)
